SILENT AUCTION
The Silent Auction is one of our signature fundraising events which helps sustain the amazing programs at Beethoven Elementary.
Every year, our Silent Auction includes an in-person, adults-only party and each grade contributes a themed gift basket to be auctioned off. This is the event not to miss because it’s a night guaranteed to be fun for all!
Save the date for the 2026 Silent Auction Kick-Off party on Saturday, April 25th from 6:30pm-10:00pm! This year we have a Western theme titled, “Cowboys & Banda Bash!” More details on how to join the party below.
Kicking off on the evening of our silent auction party on April 25th through May 17th, we will also have tons of extraordinary experiences to bid on, which have included movie nights with your fave teachers and seats to your favorite sporting events! Our online auction is open to everyone in the Beethoven community and the public. More details coming soon!
BOOTS & BANDA PARTY DETAILS
Our silent auction comes to life in real life at a live event ever year! We gather as a community to auction off the grade level’s themed gift baskets and spend the evening having a great time together!
The 2026 Silent Auction party is a Western theme: Cowboys & Banda! Saddle Up for a Western Night of fun! Enjoy a silent auction, tasty BBQ and drinks, lively music and dancing. Plus fun contests with prizes! Western attire is highly encouraged, but optional!
How to Purchase Tickets: Purchase your entry by clicking on the link below or by paying cash at our school’s main office. Note, there are no actual physical tickets handed out. You will be placed on a guest list.
Pre-sale Tickets: $45.00 (note: $2.00 convenience fee applies to all credit card sales)
Tickets at the Door: $55.00
Sponsor a Teacher Ticket: $35.00

GRADE
BASKETS
At Beethoven Elementary, our tradition is for each grade to collect items for a “themed gift basket” which will be auctioned off at the live event. Each grade’s basket is given a suggested theme.
Room Parents are charged with collecting the items for this “themed gift basket” to be presented at the live silent auction event.
This year’s gift basket themes are:
- TK/Kindergarten – Beach Basket
- 1st Grade – Movie Night Basket
- 2nd Grade – Family Night In Basket (Board Games & Games, Puzzles)
- 3rd Grade – Coffee & Tea Lover Basket
- 4th Grade – Pet Lover Basket
- 5th Grade – Gift Card Basket

Grab your boots and your besties for a night to remember! Purchase your Boots & Banda Silent Action Party pre-sale tickets for $45 instead of $55 at the door. Spread the love by purchasing a teacher-sponsored ticket for $35!

Beethoven Elementary’s Silent Auction is not your ordinary school auction! We auction off from small to luxury items and experiences you can indulge on for you and/or your student.
