Fitness Challenge
Join us March 20th, 2026 for Beethoven’s annual Fitness Challenge Fundraiser!
The event will take place all day as each class participates during their regularly scheduled psychomotor session. They will run our obstacle course as many times as they can in the allotted time. This is a great way to continue building our community by getting to know each other while supporting our special school and our amazing children. We need approved LAUSD Parent Volunteers to come out, set-up, help work the stations, serve refreshments, clean-up, and most importantly cheer for our bears!!
Here’s what we need from you to make this day a super fun success!

To become a volunteer start your application at https://volunteerapp.lausd.net Be sure to select the Tier II volunteer level when applying. This tier will cover Field Trips, as well as helping at on-campus events like Fitness Challenge and BearMania.
INCENTIVES
1 – Each pledge enters your teacher into a drawing. The winning teacher will receive a gift card care of FOB!
2 – Each child that wears bear-wear to the fitness challenge will receive a participation prize
3 – The class with the most pledges gets an extended period of recess!

20 de marzo de 2026 (viernes) – Desafío de Aptitud Física
El evento tendrá lugar durante el período regular de clase de psicomotricidad de cada clase. Este es un evento muy especial porque es una de las pocas recaudaciones de fondos donde nuestros hijos son los que trabajan para recaudar dinero para nuestra escuela y nuestros padres son bienvenidos y alentados a estar en el campus para apoyar a sus hijos.
Cada grado participará en el reto durante su tiempo regular de clase de psicomotricidad. Ellos correrán nuestra carrera de obstáculos tantas veces como puedan en el tiempo asignado. Esta es una gran manera de seguir construyendo nuestra comunidad por llegar a conocer unos a otros, mientras que el apoyo a nuestra escuela especial y nuestros niños increíbles.
¡Esto es lo que necesitamos de ustedes para hacer de este día un éxito super divertido!
